Obama addressed Public on increasing gun culture in America. During the past 10 years, more than on (1) lakh were fired and killed . In his address to the American Public, Obama said during the year 2012 twenty (20 )children in their tender age were the victims of this gun culture in New Town. When I recollect the memory of it , I feel like going mad, he said . At this moment, he couldn’t manage to hide his inner feelings and shed tears. After wiping out tears, he continued to address stating that in Chicago similar events take place almost daily. In this situation legislative enactment controlling gun culture faced obstacle in Parliament. Hence, with the pain of mind, he has decided to make use of his special powers to introduce strict control on gun use in America without the approval of Parliament.
