Colombo Additional Magistrate Chandana Kalansuriya has granted bail to 15-year-old boy and his mother arrested in connection with the accident in Dematagoda, where lives of a 10-year-old girl and her 47-year- old mother lost.
They were released on a cash bail of Rs.10,000 and two sureties of Rs. one million each.
Meanwhile, Court directed the suspects to pay Rs.100,000 to the aggrieved party as a relief payment.
The Court called a report form the child probation officer regarding the 15-year-old boy, who has driven the vehicle at the time of the accident.
