Anti Corruption Front has recently released evidence in support of their allegation that, Yoshitha is the owner of CSN viz:
- Copy of the Cabinet Paper No: 05/12/2011 sent by then Ministry of Media (Ganegala) to Yoshitha bears evidence
- In CSN Generator supply and installation agreement signed between CSN and United Electrical Engineering,Nihal Nanayakara and Yoshitha signed on behalf of CSN and United Electrical Engineering respectively
- Marketing agreement signed between CSN and Richard Soyza
- On registration of CSN two addresses were given. One is Sema Building at No:21, Janadhipathi Mawatha, which is a Govt.property. The other is at N0:260/2, Torrington Lane, Colombo 7, which belongs to Mahinda Rajapakshe who lived there in the year 2000. Further ,”Siriliya Saviya” belongs to Rajapakshe family too was registered at this address.
When these are the real facts,is it a political revenge taken against Rajapakshe family in arresting and produce Yoshitha and his accomplishes before the Court and remanded as per Judicial decision?
