Research has found that drinking two cups of coffee can minimize the risk of impotency.
Coffee contains a large percentage of caffeine. Caffeine prevents impotency. Researchers say that by drinking 85-170 mg of caffeine a day can minimize the risk of impotency by 42%. One cup of coffee contains around 100-140mg’s of Caffeine.
Diabetes is considered as a main reason for impotency. Caffeine is now believed to prevent Diabetes, Heart disease, Skin cancer and many other dangerous diseases.
