Opposition leader R. Sampanthan and MPs of the Tamil National Alliance said to have entered an Army camp in the Kilinochci- Parawipanjaan area without obtaining prior permission. In this regard the Kilinochchi police have commenced investigation.
Following a meeting at their party office on the 16th of April, Opposition Leader and MPs of the party, S. Sridharan and M. A Sumandiran have attempted to enter the Gajaba regiment in the Parawipanjaan area without prior permission.
The Commanding officer of the camp has complained the matter to the Kilinochichi police.
Udaya Gammanpila, MP of the joint opposition that the police should take necessary action to arrest the opposition leader with regard to the matter.
