Embilipitiya Case before a 3 Judge Bench-Lawyer’s Request

Lawyers appearing on behalf of  the deceased is  to meet the Attorney General and request  to take up the case of Sumith Prasanna   before a three judge bench

Former ASP D. W. Chaminda Darmaratne who has been arrested in connection to the death of Sumith Prasanna has been   produced before the Embilipitiya Additional Magistrate Prasanna Fernando yesterday. He wafurther remanded until the 18^th of this month.

The additional magistrate ordered the CID to complete the investigation before the 18^th.
