Train Ticket less Passengers Fine to be increased to Rs20,000?

In response to a question raised by a journalist, Minister Sripala de Silva said  that ticket less passengers are increasing day by day causing loss to Railway. Hence in order to arrest this situation , Transport and Civil Aviation Ministry is considering to increase  present Rs 5,000  fine imposed on train  passengers travelling without ticket to Rs 20,000, he said
