JVP Leader Anura Kumara Blamed Good Governance for Following Bad Policies of Mahinda

The JVP leader said  at a media briefing held in Colombo yesterday,that the Good Governance Government is using FCID as a hunting forum to distract certain opposition politicians towards the Government. He said that the Attorney General Department has completed their evaluation on files forwarded to them by the FCID, and made their recommendations. But the files are kept by the top politicians of the  Government preventing further action with the hope of distracting opposition members towards them. He said, by doing so it is confirmed that the FCID has become a hunting forum for opposition members. His statement is in conformity with the statement made by the Joint Opposition.

Further , Anura Kumara Dissanayake said, that the cabinet in its discussion determined  not to arrest former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s wife Shiranti Rajapaksa.
