Several spells of Showers may occur in the Western, North-Western, Central, Sabaragamuwa and Southern province and in the Mannar district.

Showers or thunder showers are likely at a few places in the Uvaand Eastern provinces, particularly after 2.00 pm.

Fairly strong winds at times can be expected over the country particularly over Western slopes of the central hills.
