Fire Destroys Part Of Building At Eppawala Phosphate Factory

A fire destroyed a part of a building at the Eppawala Phosphate factory premises early this morning.

Accordingly, the fire has destroyed the building which housed the supply, accounting and documenting divisions of the Eppawala factory. The fire was brought under control but the Police are yet to ascertain the cause.
