Basil Rajapaksa, who was arrested this morning by the FCID, was remanded till 1 st August 2016 by the Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court.

Basil Arrested By FCID Again
Former Minister of Economic Development Basil Rajapaksa, was arrested once again by the Police Financial Crimes Investigations Division (FCID). He was previously arrested by the FCID in two occasions .
He was summoned before the Police FCID today to inquire in connection with the purchasing of plastic pipes using Divineguma funds.
