Wimal Weerawansa Summoned to the Presidential Commission

Leader of the National Freedom Front, Parliamentarian Wimal Weerawansa has been summoned to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry today (26).

MP Weerawansa has been summoned to record a statement in connection with  discrepancies reported at the State Engineering Corporation, which fell under his purview during the tenure of the UPFA led government, pertaining to allegedly obtaining vehicles on lease.

He  was summoned to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry on a previous occasion to record a statement in connection with the same matter.
