Pure Coconut Oil Used in Cooking Food Served in Parliament Canteen

 

Following revealing made by the so called Consumer Rights Protection Authority, earlier there were reports in the Media yesterday that in preparing food, poisonous bam oil was used in Parliamentary canteen.

Statement issued by the Speakers office denied this news and confirmed that pure coconut oil is used in  parliamentary canteen on advice given by Medical Doctors. Further the statement quoted that the current Speaker has taken steps to ensure that parliamentary food prepared in the canteen is with pure coconut oil.
