Green Revolution along Pada Yathra Route?

Throughout the year Kandy is green. Pada Yathra commenced from Kandy today.  Along the Pada Yathra route green colour flags, wall hangings and banners across the road tied to lamp posts were seen, observers travelling through this route revealed.
