MP Wimal Weerawansa’s brother, Sarath Weerawansa was arrested by the Police Financial Crimes Investigations Division, 1st September 2016 over allegations he misused a Government vehicle when his brother was a Minister in the former Government. He was produced before the Colombo Fort Magistrate today(21) and remanded till 5th October 2016.
