Districtwise Scholarship Cut off Marks Released

District wise scholarship  Cut Off Marks for  2016 Grade 5  five scholarship Examination was  released by the Education Ministry  yesterday(4)  . Accordingly , district wise  cut off marks are  given below.

149- Hambanthoda.

150- Nuwara Eliya, Killinochchi, Mannar. Mullaitheevu,

151  –  Vavuniya, Batticaloa, Ampara, Trincomalle, Puttalam, Badulla, Radnapura,          Anuradhapura , Pollanaruwa.

152 –  Monaragala, Ampara

153 – Colombo, Gampaha, Kaluthura,  Kandy, Mathala, Galle, Mathara, Kurunagala,  Kegalle.

Sithiya Niran Samarawicrama from Methodist  school Matara has topped the island with 196 marks in the scholarship examination  2016 ,  pulling  Ruwanya Methmini Gunasekara  Kuliyapitiya , who obtained 195  marks  in second rank . Same 195 marks obtained by another student Abisigan of Rambaikulam Maha Vidyalayam  in Vavuniya also takes the second rank . Further, 9 students obtained 3rd place with 194 marks at grade 5 scholarship examination  2016.
