Upcountry Railway Services Limited To Rambukkana due to Railway Track Damaged

Heavy rain fall was experienced  in Ihala Kotte and Kadigamuwa areas .

As the  ground on the track between Ihala Kotte and Kadigamuwa railway stations gave in  making a  hollow damaging the track, up country train services were obstructed this morning. Department of Railways (CGR) said.

Hence,  train services along the up-country line have been limited to Rambukkana from Colombo.
