Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in the Southern, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Uva provinces and at a few places elsewhere after 2.00 p.m.
Showers may occur along the coastal areas in Western and Southernprovinces and in the Jaffna district during the morning too.
Misty conditions can be expected at some places in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern provinces during the morning.
There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
