How AAVA Group Operates Freely When Over 1 Lakhs Army is in the North – Wigneswaran Ask

In the name of providing security, over 1 lakh of Army is there in the North. How is it possible for a small AAVA group to operate freely and attack public at will?, when these forces claiming that they have been providing security to the people. There was accusation that the AAVA group is created by the army. There is an opinion that army is the one who created and maintaining it. I cannot express any view on this now without proper investigation and come to a conclusion. In the country all are talking about AAVA group, but no one knows about its real background. It should be thoroughly investigated by Law Enforcing Authorities and disclosed to the public, who they are and who are behind this and their motive?

In the year 2009 hardly you found drugs in the North. After the war drugs are made available freely in the North.  As a result sword cutting, violence and all the vices are increasing in the North. My question is how all these things happen when over 1 lakhs of Army claims providing security to the public.
