Development (Special Provisions) Draft Bill Defeated in Provincial Councils

Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickrama had previously announced that Development (Special Provisions) draft bill will be presented in Parliament in February 2017.

But , the Development (Special Provisions) draft bill has  already  been defeated in all  Provincial  Councils  except  Eastern  Provincial Council  in which  it will  go for  voting on 24^th January 2017.
