Rs13.89 Million Penalty Recovered From 3, 397 Traders by Consumer Protection Authority

For the period 1^st January 2016 to 31^st December 2016, Consumer Protection   Authority has made several raids and  surprised inspection in the Central Province . As a result cases were filed in courts  against 3,397 traders , who violated provisions of the Consumer Protection  Act .  Successful prosecution  resulted in recovering Rs  13, 891, 000 as penalty  from traders through courts, said M.
