President Meets Parties Concerned Regarding SAITM

Last week President  met the members of the Inter University Students Federation . And discussed   the proposal made by the IUSF .  At this meeting    President has expressed his view that a solution can be reached through the means of discussions with relevant parties,  for which the Convenor of the IUSF Lahiru Weerasekera did not agree and vowed to continue protests against SAITM. However, President advised members of the Federation to continue academic activities until the prevailing issues are resolved.

In another move , President  is due to engage in a special discussion with the parents of students of the Malabe South Asian Institute of Technology and Medicine  shortly.
