Government Medical Officers Association Poised to Strike Today

The Government Medical Officers Association is scheduled to launch a token strike from 8 am to noon in the North Central and Eastern Provinces today (23) opposing the Malabe South Asian Institute of Technology and Medicine or SAITM.

The Government Medical Officers Association also threatened to launch an island-wide strike action in future, if the government fails to meet their demands.
