Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places over the island except Northern & Eastern provinces after 2.00 pm.

However, Showers or thundershowers can be expected at a few places (after 2.00 pm) in the Northern & Eastern provinces too.

A few showers also likely along the coastal area during the morning too.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
