CB’s Interest Rates to be Increased

Monetary Board  of the Central Bank  decided to increase key policy interest rates  as per  review of the Financial  Policy with effect from today (24) as given below:

Standing Deposit Facility Rate (SDFR) 7% to 7.25%  Standing Lending Facility Rate (SLFR) 8.50% to 8.75% to be increased.

Statutory Reserve Ratio (SRR) 7.5%  will remain unchanged.
