Chances are Less as I am a Dwarf?

Pivithuru Hela Urumaya Udaya Gammanpila said, in Parliament that he was not given a chance to speak on important debates. Whenever, he gets up to speak Speaker does not allow him to talk.  I am a dwarf and seated in the back seat of Parliament. Hence, they don’t grant me sufficient time in Parliament.  I am an elected Member of Parliament. Hence, I should be given the right to speak. I don’t speak to disturb parliamentary proceeding. But I point out denial of time to speak in Parliament.
