Susil Gunarathne Replaced S.M. Ranjith as a NCPC Minister

In place of S.M.Ranjith , who resigned  from his portfolio  to register his protest  against the removal of K.H. Nandasena from Minister post, Susil Gunarathne has taken oaths as a Minister of the North Central Provincial Council today.
