Case Against Gnanasara Thera Before Court Today

The case filed against General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena organisation Galagodaththe Gnanasara thera in connection with disrespecting the court by behaving in an unruly manner at the Homagama Magistrate’s Court will be heard from today(16).

The case will be heard at the Court of Appeal before a two judge bench.

The charge includes behaving in an unruly manner during the conclusion of the case in connection with  the disappearance of Journalist Prageeth Eknaligoda.
