3000 Prisoners Contribution Towards Flood Victims

The prisoners of the Welikada Prison who is serving jail terms have come forward to  sacrifice their lunch to pave way donating their mid-day meal to the  flood victims today (30). Hence, 3000 more food parcels will be added  to feed flood victims.

The Ministry of Prison Reforms, Rehabilitation, Resettlement and Hindu Religious Affairs stated that the food parcels would be delivered to the affected families with the support of the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF).
