Japanese Experts Submit Their Report on SL’s Adverse Weather Condition

The Japanese Expert Team comprised of 15 experts ,  who arrived in Sri Lanka for a technical study on the adverse weather condition,  which affected the island recently, submitted their report to the Minister of Disaster Management Anura Priyadarshana Yaapa.
They  made  several preventive  suggestions in their report to minimize the disaster situations.
Resettle the people living in vulnerable areas in other safe places, stabilizing such places, and proving necessary training to the people to immediately evacuate during disaster situations are some of the suggestions among many made by the Japanese Expert Team.
