C.V.K Sivagnanam Chairman of the NPC Tipped to be the New Chief Minister

Consequent to the request made by 21 members of the Northern Provincial Council  bringing no confidence motion  against NPC Chief Minister C.V. Wickneshwaran submitted to the Governor, a proposal reported to have been made to make current Chairman of the NPC C.V.K Sivagnanam   as the new NPC Chief Minister.
