Special Loan Advance to Flood/ Landslide Affected Public Officers

Ministry of Public Administration said to have issued a circular granting a special loan advance to those, who got affected by the recent flood/ landslide disaster.

Accordingly, a permanent public officer is entitle to receive 6 times his basic salary as loan advance without interest. Special feature of this loan advance is no need for a guarantor and the loan advance will be recovered in 36 equal instalments.

For casual and other temporary government officers 3 times their basic salary will be granted as loan advance, which will be recovered in 18 equal monthly instalments. They have to provide a guarantor.
