Interference With Witness Arjun Hires Top Lawyer

Perpetual Treasuries Director Arjun Aloysius, who allegedly attempted to influence a witness, who was to give evidence before the Presidential Commission probing controversial Treasury Bond issue, yesterday (10) retained the services of a senior lawyer to appear for him before the commission.

President’s Counsel Kalinga Indatissa was allowed to appear before the Commission on behalf of Arjun Aloysius by the Presidential Commission. PC Indatissa told the Commission that he was not going to appear for the Perpetual Treasuries Bond transaction case but only for the allegation against his client Aloysius.
