Continuous Hearing Of Vidya’s Case

Vidya Sivaloganathan of Pungudutivu, an 18-year-old student was abducted, raped and murdered while returning from Pungudathivu Vidyalaya on May 13, 2015.

The murder trial of Vidya began  today  before a three member bench at the Jaffna High Court.

The Trial at Bar decided to  hear the case continuously on 18^th , 19^th , 20^th, 24^th  and 26^th of July 2017.

Judicial  sources said, that  the verdict  will be delivered  within  next two weeks.
