Despite 3 Months Extension Railway GM Files FR Case

Since the official term of the  current  Railway General Manager B.A.P.Ariyaratne has expired on 28^th June  and Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation had called for applications for GM for the Railways Department and four had been chosen for interviews, he was given 3 months extension by the subject Minister.

It was reported that  despite Ariyaratne was given  3 months extension, he  had filed a fundamental rights petition demanding a one-year service extension.
