Vijayakala Maheswaran Before CID

State Minister of Child Affairs  Vijayakala Maheswaran is due to appear before the Criminal Investigations Department today (31).
She is due to provide a statement regarding to allegedly releasing the suspect Swiss Kumar, who area residents seized in connection  with the murder of Sivaloganathan Vidya.
