Proposed Act  to  Conduct PC Elections in One Day

The  legal draftsman  department  has prepared the proposed act to conduct Provincial Council Elections in one day.

This will be  gazetted  and submitted  to Parliament . The Prime Minister has submitted the  proposal at the Cabinet.

The  Cabinet has approved to amend  Provincial Council Act No 2 of 1988 and  to move amendment to the Constitution .
