State property can’t be used: Gov. Issues preventing order

The government has instructed officials not to use state property in any way at the upcoming general elections, according to the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, Local Government and Democratic Governance.

Ministry Secretary Jinansiri Dadallage said all the relevant ministry secretaries have been instructed in this regard via a circular.
