Verdict on Vidya Murder Case is Being Delivered (UPDATE)

Accordingly to the verdict being delievered the Trial at Bar confirmed that Vidya was murdered after gang rape by 2^nd , 3^rd , 4^th  and 6^th suspects.

Sivaloganathan Vidya was abducted at Pungudutivu Jaffna and gang raped and murdered on May 13, 2015.

The three member Trial-at-Bar hearing the abduction, gang rape and murder case of  Sivaloganathan Vidya is due to deliver its verdict today (September 27). The Three-member Trial-at-Bar reported to have accepted  Vidya’s mother and  state witness turned Udayasooriyan Sureshkaran’s  evidences  beyond reasonable doubts.

Vavuniya High Court Judge Balendran Shashi Mahendran has commenced reading the 332 judgement in Jaffna high Court shortly . Await final verdict.
