Spyder Movie Review: Mahesh Babu and AR Murugadoss Promise an Edge-Of-The-Seat Entertainer

Mahesh Babu’s much-awaited film Spyder hit screens today and if you were wondering why this film deserves to be watched, here are some reasons. This is for the first time that Mahesh Babu has collaborated with director AR Murugadoss. The director is known for producing films for mass and class audience, and the Telugu superstar has a fan base in both the categories.

While Mahesh has donned the character of a police inspector or an army man quite a few times in earlier films, this is for the first time he plays a detective. In fact, after back to back family oriented films in last two to three years, Mahesh comes back in an action avatar.

Spyder is a bilingual film. It will also release in Tamil. So far, Mahesh has been entertaining his Telugu speaking audience but for the first time, with his Tamil debut, he is going to create a new fan base altogether.

Among the many other reasons, Rakul Preet is also one of the factors as to why you should opt for Spyder this weekend.

Being a multi-lingual release, Spyder is touted to be the next big Telugu release. In fact, it is expected to give a tough run at the box office to Jr NTR’s Jai Lava Kusa, which is doing really well.

Spyder will release on September 27. It would clash with Judwaa 2, which is to release on September 29.
