The Joint Opposition said a protest will be launched at the Parliament Roundabout at 9am against the proposed new Constitution.
MP Udaya Gammanpila said, that the government should be made aware of the public opposition towards the Constitution.
Joint Opposition has organised a protest to determine the public opposition towards the proposed new Constitution.
He noted the Joint Opposition’s initiative is to urge the government to consider the public’s opinion. He further added if the new Constitution is approved this will be the beginning of the end of Sri Lanka.
