Justification For  Short Lived  Sinniah’s  Extension

Co  Cabinet Spokesman Dayasiri Jayasekara justified   the retirement of  former Navy Commander Travis Sinnaiah,  who had been given only two months service extension.  He explained  to the media that in order to allow his Junior war heros, an  opportunity of retiring as head of Navy, he was  given a short  period of extension.

These Juniors deserve to be  at the helm of the Navy, which would not have been possible had Sinnaiah was  given  a term of one year extension , he concluded.
