Weather Forecast For 7th November 2017

Showers or thundershowers will occur over most provinces of the island after 2.00 p.m.

Showers will occur in the North-Central, Eastern, Southern and Uva provinces in the morning too.

Heavy falls (about 100 mm) within 24hrs can be expected at some places, particularly in Western, Southern, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
