Gota Committed Offences Under Public Property Act – AG

The AG says that the former Defence Secretary Gotabaya  Rajapaksa and six others had committed offences under Public Property Act thus causing Rs 90 million loss, through  the  construction of the D.A Rajapaksa memorial  and museum in Weeraketiya , the FCID informed the Court . FCID made this statement when the case was brought up , before the Colombo Additional Magistrate  Buddhika Sri Rangala.
