Protest Demonstration Against Uva Chief Minister in Hatton Today….

A protest demonstration is organized against the Uva Chief Minister, who made the Principal of Badulla Tamil Vidyalaya to kneel down before him for not honouring the recommendation made by him regarding a school admission.

Demonstrators demand that action should be taken against any one disgracing the principals, teachers and women society irrespective of their rank and file. They should be immediately removed from their positions.

Ceylon Teachers Association, Upcountry teachers Front, Teachers Liberation Front, Ceylon Educational Society Federation, and Ceylon United Tamil Teachers Association have jointly organized and engaged in this protest demonstration in front of the Hatton bus stand.
