Reconstruction of Mosques Destroyed During  Kandy Violence Begins Today…….

An event in connection with  the reconstruction of religious places destroyed during Kandy Violence held today (6) in Battaramulla at “Apay Gama” premises presided by the Minister of Education Akila Viraj Kariyawasam. He said that Rs 19 lakhs will be allocated for this purpose.

Reconstruction work will be carried out by the “Sasunodaya Work Project”, which was created by the Minister. For this project, Central Cultural Funds provide financial and technical assistance.
