Horana Rubber Factory Incident: Owner, Manager &  Senior Laboratory Controller Remanded

The Horana Magistrate’s Court today issued an order for the remand of the owner, Manager and Senior Laboratory Controller of the rubber factory in Ballapitiya, Horana.

They were produced before Court this morning, where they were remanded until 11^th of May.

The owner of the factory, where five persons died after inhaling ammonia gas, surrendered to the Horana Magistrate’s Court this morning.
