Old Election System Good – Rauff Hakeem

Recently conducted local government election under the new election system caused several frauds. New system has caused several frauds and created more problems than the old system under proportional representation. Hence, without wasting time on this issue, set aside the new system and conduct election under the old election system. He made these observations, while speaking in parliament yesterday.
