Weather Forecast for 09th July 2018

There is a possibility of increasing the wind speed to some extend over the Island and surrounding sea area.

Several spells of showers will occur in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central provinces and in Galle and Matara districts. Light showers may occur at several places in North western province.

Fairly strong gusty winds up to 40-50 kmph can be expected over the island, particularly in Southern, Western, North-western, North central provinces and in Matale, Trincomalee and Batticaloa districts.
