Subramanian Swamy calls on Rajapaksa

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Indian veteran politician and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Leader Dr. Subramanian Swamy on Wednesday (22) called on former President Mahinda Rajapaksa at Medamulana.

“I welcomed my good friend Dr. Subramanian Swamy to Medamulana today & am honoured to accept his invitation to speak in New Delhi. A long-time friend of Sri Lanka who has always so vehemently spoken out against LTTE terrorism, he has always had #SriLanka’s best interest at heart,” Rajapaksa said in a tweeter statement.

Swami also paid his last respects to late Chandra Rajapaksa, younger brother of former President Rajapaksa today.

Swami had arrived in Sri Lanka to invite Rajapaksa to attend a conference to be held in India.
